Sons of Norway Dick Fretheim Scholarship

The Sons of Norway Dick Fretheim Scholarship assists students studying music at FVCC and is given to recognize the outstanding leadership of Sons of Norway member, Dick Fretheim, in the establishment of the organization’s scholarship program.
