Ora and Stanley Halvorson Endowed Scholarship

The Ora and Stanley Halvorson Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 1982 by Stanley Halvorson in memory of his wife, Ora, who was a member of FVCC’s first graduating class and a three term member of the Montana House of Representatives.
